Understand feelings of shame and guilt as common responses to loss, change, and cultural loyalty

Reflect on the emotional tug of war between who you are and who you are becoming

Reconnect with personal values and parts of self that remain intact despite change

Paper (plain or sketchbook)
Colored pencils, crayons, markers, or pens

Magazines or newspapers (optional, for collage
