Biography:

My clients struggle with trauma, stress, grief, cultural assimilation, adjustment, anxiety, depression, interpersonal conflict, PTSD, C-PTSD and borderline personality disorders. In our initial sessions, we’ll discuss your history and current issues.

As therapy progresses, we’ll explore underlying patterns, unresolved conflicts, and challenges. Most of my clients, gradually feel more confident in themselves, their ability to regulate their emotions, and their relationships.

I use two types of therapy to help you feel better and make positive changes. Insight therapy helps you understand why you feel the way you do and why certain things bother you. Skills therapy gives you practical tools to handle tough situations and improve how you respond. When we use both together, you learn more about yourself and get better at managing your feelings and relationships.

I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches to support my clients, including Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. My goal is to help clients manage their mental health challenges effectively. With a compassionate and client-centered approach, I strive to create a safe and supportive environment for individuals to explore their concerns and develop strategies for improvement. My diverse background and extensive training enable me to address a wide range of mental health issues, fostering resilience and well-being in those I work with.
