I hold a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. I am fluent in English, Urdu, and Hindi, and have a basic understanding of Punjabi. My areas of specialization include trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, autism, and ADHD. I offer compassionate mental health support, providing a safe and non-judgmental environment for individuals to manage the effects of trauma, anxiety, and depression. My approach emphasizes acceptance and understanding, recognizing that vulnerability is a strength in the healing process. By fostering a supportive space, I help clients navigate their mental health challenges and work towards resilience and well-being.
