WORKSHOP OBJECTIVES
Define “the invisible load” and recognise how chronic stress, anxiety, and burnout manifest in the context of forced migration and resettlement.
Differentiate eustress and distress to understand when stress is energizing versus when it is harmful.
Introduce and practise an art-based reflective method to externalize internal experience and support emotional regulation and meaning-making.
Increase awareness of how trauma can appear nonverbally — as body sensations, images, or behaviours rather than words.

Paper (plain or sketchbook)
Colored pencils, crayons, markers, or pens
Magazines or newspapers (optional, for collage
